Although phytase has been extracted in the small intestine of broilers and laying hens, phytate alone is not a good source of phosphorus for non-ruminants, especially young animals; Because they cannot use this combination. Not using inorganic sources of phosphorus in the diets of many non-ruminants will cause phosphorus deficiency. Phytase is a phosphatase enzyme that hydrolyzes phytic acid. Phytic acid is a type of organic phosphorus that is indigestible and organic phosphorus is released and used by this enzyme. The enzyme phytase increases the use of phytophagic phytate sources and reduces dependence on inorganic phosphate sources, thereby significantly reducing phosphorus environmental pollution. The use of enzymes such as phytase enzyme, increases the nutritional value of feed raw materials, as well as reduces the difference in the quality of nutrients in the diet components. Besides, phytate ion-bound food sources are available to the animal through phytic acid digestion, such as calcium, zinc, copper, magnesium, protein, amino acids, and carbohydrates. Therefore, the difference in the performance of birds will be reduced, and in addition to the production of a uniform flock, the products of such a flock will also be very uniform.
